Choosing Your Builder |
|
| When you are choosing a builder, you want to make sure that you are comfortable with their approach to the building process. Ask them to explain the pros and cons of their method of building. Each builder is bound by the same building codes and engineering standards. Individual building practices that he or she employs to meet those requirments can vary significantly. Most homeowners that are building like the idea of having the ability of making a few changes as their home is being constructed. The carpenters that the builder uses plays an important part of the building process. They not only go through the material list and match the material that was shipped to the job site but they are also the ones (while in communication with the builder) capable of making those minor changes on the spot.
