“Building a new house can be a fun experience.  Dan Amstutz told me I could depend on him and he was right.  Everything he promised definitely came true.  He organized all the subcontractors and they completed their work on schedule.  Dan bought all the materials and the price matched the pre-construction bids.

“When I finally made the decision to build a new home, I had already heard every horror story there was about the process.  I am a pretty independent individual and every time someone told me I probably shouldn’t do it, I became even more determined than ever to build.
