In accordance with Indiana law, all the homes we build are covered under the following warranty:

            2 years –  Workmanship, household appliances, dry wall
            4 years –  Shingles and roofing
            10 years – Structural issues

However, we do not limit ourselves by what is required.  If you should experience problems with any aspect of your new home or find anything of concern that is not covered by the standard warranty, let us know.  We will do whatever we can to resolve the issue immediately.
